♫ CuePilot Support
Need help?
CuePilot helps you create, review, refine, and save Apple Music playlists for your moments.
Email SupportWhat CuePilot does
CuePilot uses Apple Music access to help create playlist drafts, preview songs, remove songs you do not want, fill gaps, and save playlists to your Apple Music library.
Common fixes
- Make sure you have an active Apple Music subscription.
- Allow CuePilot access to your Apple Music library when prompted.
- If playlists feel too narrow, choose All in Genre Mix or select more than one genre.
- If saving fails, try creating the playlist again after confirming Apple Music access.
How to use CuePilot
- Describe a moment, like “Morning walk for 45 min.”
- Preview the suggested songs.
- Uncheck songs you do not want.
- Tap Fill the Gaps if the playlist becomes too short.
- Save the final playlist to Apple Music.
Privacy
CuePilot stores playlist recipes and taste preferences on your device. CuePilot does not require an account. Apple Music access is used to read music signals and save playlists when you choose to do so.
